I managed a going mission critical and enterprise scale eGovernment Licensing portal Application program for multi agencies and managed teams of 145 professionals including multiple managers.I was hired into this role to turn around the program that was plagued with unclear scope and repeated delays.The project was to build a eGovernment internet portal for licensing application across different industries and if multiple licenses were required, the system will prompt for it. The system allows the applicant to save the incomplete application and return another day to complete the transaction. Once the application is submitted for processing, the processing officer can also provide feedback to the applicants through the system.

It operates one of the world’s biggest and most trusted Tax Free Shopping networks, providing its customers with savings of up to 19% on everything they purchase abroad at any of Global Blue’s 270,000 shopping partners.Reported to VP of Global Blue. I program managed a government mission critical,complex and enterprise wide GST/VAT refund payment program for all airport terminals and managed teams of more than 130 professionals including 8 project managers located both locally and regionally.I was hired into the role to handle the complexity of the program which was made up of many interrelated components (Point Of Sales, Kiosk, refund agencies, refund client system, Servers, MPLS and local Network) and its interfaces The program was a Award winning eTRS program (Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme) which connects multiple Center Refund Agencies and retailers on a single platform offer tourists a seamless and hassle free experience when they shop in Singapore and doing Good and Service Tax (GST)refund later at airports without having to fill up form and able to retrieve all purchases at one go using the eTRS kiosk .

It was formed by the combination of HP's legacy services consulting and outsourcing business.Reported to Program Manager of Hewlett Packard (HP) with a team of 9 professionals for the billing project and a team of 12 Service Delivery Managers with their rollout support personals for the Instant Message and Presence Awareness service.I was hired into the role to head the projects and to be the interface between the internal and external customers.Project was to provided a eGovernment billing portal for different government agencies for the PC loan business. The bill will be based on different type of PCs configurations and all transactions were carried on the portal.

As a member of the global Program Management Office (PMO), I also handled and turned around trouble projects or programs.I had completed many complex projects/programs in the semiconductor and display industries from semi auto to full automation mode in helping companies to save millions of dollars in term of scrap, redo and manpower reduction, productivity enhancement projects in term of yield enhancement and pre-sales in Asia.
