As a co-founder and general manager of a brand, I have been involved in the planning, launching, and operating of a new business venture in the market. I have also been the director of IT at Sinh Hak Hout Home Mart, a leading home improvement retailer in Cambodia, since 2019. My core competencies include marketing campaign management, paid media strategy, digital marketing channels, IT infrastructure, ERP, and CRM systems.In my current roles, I have collaborated with external and internal stakeholders to develop and implement IT and marketing solutions that enhance the performance and productivity of the organizations. I have conducted feasibility studies, market research, product development, and ingredient sourcing for the brand, upgraded the IT infrastructures, integrated collaborative software, and oversaw the e-commerce initiative for Sinh Hak Hout. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities of creating value and impact in the market, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
