Environmental Protection Agency - Onsite SupportMr. Sengupta’s experience has been extensive and diverse at EPA. Responsibilities have ranged from meeting with clients, help desk, requirements gathering, and performing impact analyses to the development and publication of documents including design specifications, test scenarios and client deliverables. Mr. Sengupta currently focuses on being the lead on the Hosting Team. He works directly with the EPA ITSC team while coordinating deployments, upgrades, and installations of PRISM. He creates and maintains project plans, installation and troubleshooting guides for EPA. Mr. Sengupta also has experience in creating SQL queries and reports for the customer on an ad hoc basis.

Office of Naval Research - Systems AnalystMr. Sengupta was the primary onsite consultant at ONR during the Proof of Concept Integration project where PRISM was integrated with the existing NAVRIS and STARS systems. He was responsible for researching and documenting ONR’s existing processes and was the primary author of the requirements, design, GATS, and system integration reports for the project.

United States Agency for International Development - Consulting AnalystMr. Sengupta has worked to build relationships with clients and management by soliciting input and contributing thoughts and ideas as a primary lead in both, client and internal meetings. His primary responsibilities for USAID were to gather technical and functional requirements, creation of software design documentation, creation of GATS documents, and work as the liaison between USAID personal and Compusearch developers for PRISM enhancements. Enhancements included RFM Amendments, Requisition Groups, and Multiple Currency.

Federal Emergency Managment Agency – Systems AnalystIn this role, Mr. Sengupta managed a wide array of issues in regard to the PRISM software development life cycle. He provided technical support while working on the financial interface between PRISM and the Momentum financial system. Mr. Sengupta was the primary author of the requirements and design analysis documentation. He played a key role in the testing coordination and execution during the final phase of the project.

FDA – Consulting AnalystMr. Sengupta provided OCI technical support to FDA while managing the tracking of issues dealing with the PRISM interface. He met with the client on a regular basis and worked closely with the development team at CSS to research resolutions.

Mr. Sengupta developed a customer profile to target voice activated wireless integration of WISPER Technologies. He has provided IMC with research for the development of the prototype for solutions in Health Information Management and the Insurance Industry. Mr. Sengupta has set up reference customer for proof of concept and a proactive call with a potential investor to further discuss partnership options. He has participated in the brainstorming and development of the marketing strategy for IMC Global Services. Additionally, he has compiled company profiles based on specific target criteria for potential business opportunities.
