I am responsible for various aspects of employee administration, such as work pass applications, payroll, insurance, and medical benefits. I also assist in the recruitment process, from arranging interviews to conducting reference checks.In addition to my HR expertise, I have marketing experience as a former intern at Dale Carnegie of Malaysia, where I developed and managed social media content and campaigns for various channels. I have also completed multiple certifications in user experience design, digital marketing, and project management, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in these domains. I am a detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick learner, who is always willing to learn about different fields and take on new challenges. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which help me maintain good relationships with clients and the team.
