With a Bachelor of Psychology degree from HELP University, I have a strong foundation in human behavior, cognition, and motivation, which I apply to my role as a Human Resources Executive at 1855 F&B. I am responsible for various aspects of employee administration, such as work pass applications, payroll, insurance, and medical benefits. I also assist in the recruitment process, from arranging interviews to conducting reference checks.In addition to my HR expertise, I have marketing experience as a former intern at Dale Carnegie of Malaysia, where I developed and managed social media content and campaigns for various channels. I have also completed multiple certifications in user experience design, digital marketing, and project management, which enhanced my skills and knowledge in these domains. I am a detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick learner, who is always willing to learn about different fields and take on new challenges. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which help me maintain good relationships with clients and the team. My goal is to leverage my psychology background, HR expertise, and marketing skills to contribute to the growth and success of 1855 F&B and its employees.
