I was very successful as an independent consultant for 5 years. Through my Company, CamCris LLC, I was able to provide a wide range of professional human resources services including organizational development and strategy, executive coaching, performance management and reviews, succession planning, training and development, recruitment and retention.

This role was a great fit for me as it allowed me not only to develop a strategic vision for human resources and labor relations in alignment with the Company direction, but also to drive execution on the initiatives that brought this to life.
