Was accountable to a 9-member Board of Trustees for the administration, financial viability and IRS compliance, strategic planning and implementation, personnel oversight and resource development of a program and service delivery system to approximately 30,000 individuals through 250 employees.

Developed and maintained working relationships to implement NBT’s mission with stakeholders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Stakeholders included the New Brunswick Board of Education, the NJ Department of Children and Families Division, Rutgers, The State University of NJ, The City of New Brunswick, Johnson & Johnson, PSE&G, Wells Fargo Regional Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the New Brunswick Business Forum.
