Extensive experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, including the preparation of Concept Development Package (CDP), Front End Engineering Package (FEEP), and Invitation to Bid (ITB). Achieve mechanical completion per the schedule and conduct pre-commissioning activities. Led cross-functional projects, including NCPU (New Catalyst Preparation Unit) and Multizone implementation in the Pilot plant, revamping of the Ethylene Station and LAO, Development of an Ethoxylates LAB facility, multipurpose Bed Bench Scale Reactors, and upgrading to the Hydrogen Utility for Pilot Plants. Completed 80 Concept Development Packages (CDP), 43 out of 124 CDPs became projects with 89 million SAR. 🔹 Headed multizone projects, including a newly researched kind of Polymer applicable in industries like aerospace, specialized medicine packing, high-pressure pipeline, etc. 🔹 Led NCPU to produce catalysts in-house compared to production in north-Asia 🔹 Spearheaded the Ethylene revamping project to enhance the projection and modification of the unloading station🔹 Handled multiple numbers of reactor skids for innovation projects in research and technology 🔹 Revamped Ethoxylate plant and performed in-house design to enhance the EO pilot plant and BSR to introduce Propylene Oxide (PO) in the same system for research🔹 Oversaw the SPADC renovation project till the execution🔹 Supervised the replacement and revamping of the Chiller at SABIC HQ
