> Manage RFQ (Feasibility - Offer ) process - Evaluate RFQ files , check customer requirement and prepare feasibility report of project. - To check parts design and preparing DFM report with design team. - To prepare quotation or make parts price analysis on CBD format.> Manage Project ( 10 Knowledge area) until the serial production (Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Risks , Procurement, Stakeholder Management) - To create Project charter , Stakeholder list and matrix. - To share the project info with other department and create a project plan with use MS Project. - To list requirements and define the scope of project. - To define WBS and sort of activities in plan with team (MS project ) - To assignment and match resources and activities. - To set the baseline and follow the plan periodically. - To prepare communication and risk plan. - To create report project performans , earned value status report and share stakeholders. - To manage the changes. - To check the contracts and transfer the project serial production - To close the project and save the lessons learned.
