Being a producer is holding a responsibility to deal with the client from taking the brief to preparing the proposals to the delivery of the Clip, acting as the main line of communication and filtration of ideas between the clients and the studio Manager who run the studio and the creative people.Main Roles as producer:- Getting the creative Brief from the Client,- Communicate with the StoryTeller to deliver the brief to achieve the best script for the film- Maintaining the highest quality to deliver it to the client- Solving any problems or budgetary issues with the executives who run the studio.- Keeping track and managing people, time, and money.- Winning multiple big accounts since joining - On the pitch team of the agency and in charge of all new business- Managing the client's video budget- Developing the communication plan according to client’s budget and objectives- Involved in all internal reviews and brainstorming sessions with all departments- Conducting market field research on a project basis- Developing and implementing all related presentations- Writing creative briefs and compiling materials required- Day to day follow up with the clients and maintaining a healthy/progressive partnership- Main clients handled: (MCIT, MOI, MOT, SASO, Misk Foundation, Misk School, Tatweer Education Holding Najm For Insurance Services, The Saudi Investment Bank, ADA, Mobily, Elm, Emkan Education, CMA, SFDA, YORK, MOI, HRDF, Taqeem, Kunskapsskolan, and more...)As well, My role as Producer is: - Find new Client for the company through different ways (social events exhibitions and conferences) and registration of the company's service provider (vendor) in bodies, government, agencies, large companies, and institutions.- Create sales report:Create a monthly management report showing the status of projects and clients, and offers that have been sent.
