In 2 years of my tenure as an HR professional, I had get specialized with organizing all the operations of the human resource department namely, leave and attendance, coordinating all the HR activities and proper documentation. I also have a rich experience in handling the employee engagement and induction so once an employee is hired, there is always a proper way they are welcomed to the company. I also take responsibility for the efficient management of salary and perform all the recruitment processes from scratch to cover entire sites to hire the most talented employees. Moreover, I control the attendance and make arrangements for the formalities of employees leaving the company in a very efficient manner.
