Clever A/S is a charging operator for electric cars and plug-in hybrids. Clever maintains and expands a network of public, semi-public, and private AC/DC chargers. Examples of achievements: • Implementation of Dynamics from scratch to handling the rapid incising quantity of incoming orders. This also included the implementation of a Dynamics partner portal to facilitate external dispatchers and field electrician installations of charging equipment. All in all, focusing on all aspects of possible automation of order handling to be able to create scalability to meet rising demand. • Development of API to external sales channels and for Clevers app enabling displaying back-end data. E.g., poi-, charging- and subscription data. TM Tand is a digital dental patient journal system that facilitates clinical journalisation according to the Danish Medicines Agency G-EPJ-standard and other patient administration tasks. The TM Tand system is used by 36 municipalities across Denmark and handle more than 500,000 patients. Examples of achievements: • New customers from A-Z - Onboarding two new customers, Egedal Tandpleje (2017) and Halsnæs Tandpleje (2018). This includes sales and contract negotiation, data conversion, data migration, adapting the system to the customer’s workflow, test, and end-user training. • Self-service module - Development of a web-based self-service module to facilitate selecting a dentist appointment and the submitting of health information before the appointment. A system improvement that lowers patient’s no-show rate, improves patient safety and supports clinical treatment. My tasks as TM Tand Product Manager was e.g.: • Product strategy, Roadmap and Backlog • Release management • Communication and coordination with customers and development dept. • Development of specification • Facilitating developer’s implementation • Handling 3rd level support cases • Customer educational training • Documentation and educational material
