Job Profile• Participate in strategic planning and program/project development, coordinate and conduct outreach activities• Develop annual budgets and operating plans to support the programs/projects• Lead and manage Team leaders in Proposal & Bidding, Commercial, Contracts, and Project Management• Plan bid response strategy and work with bid technical and costing team in development and submission of bids• Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, and business objectives• Monitor progress against plan & budget, provide financial control, and ensure quality and contractual compliance• Track and monitor project manpower and resources for optimum utilization to raise bar of resources productivity and efficiency• Oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for subcontractors, and key vendors• Develop and accomplish detail engineering & construction programs, work plans, procurement plans, and schedule milestones • Monitor subcontractors’ work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, contract agreement• Review contract documents and assists with procurement, pre-bid conferences, and evaluations• Resolve field construction problems in coordination with engineering staff, third parties, and other agencies• Coordinate with client/stakeholders, attend progress meetings, develops status reports, and deliver presentations• Implement project policies and procedures, and recommend policy and procedure improvements • Monitor claims, suggests ways to mitigate cost and time impacts, and assist in catch up scheduling in case of delays• Monitor and control construction cost, site work progress, and take the necessary actions, to ensure timely completion of the projects with acceptable quality standard • Follow up and resolve commercial and contractual issues, during and at the end of the project periods, such as variations, payments, disputes, claims, final accounts, etc.

Upgrade Juaymah Pier, a Saudi Aramco Project• Lead and manage Discipline design & engineering team in Proposal & Bidding, Commercial, Contracts, and Project Management• Lead multidisciplinary (civil, structural, MEP, geotechnical, coastal) team of engineers/designers in FEED/Detail/Fabrication /Installation engineering of EPIC projects for marine, oil & gas projects and manage technical interfaces with other disciplines• Conduct technical feasibilty and geotechnical studies of projects and prepare project reports • Optimize productivity of the engineering and material (MTO, MR, PR, TBE) team and assure ‘on time’ preparation of high quality engineering deliverables & maintain good working relationships• Attend & conduct meetings on internal/external kick off, risk assessment, design review, and report progress to management• Manage proposal engineering including review of ITT bid packages, elaborating SOW, endorsing bid design, listing deliverables, preparing Man Hour estimations, MTO/MR/TBE, BOQ execution plan, raising TQ, proposal close out report • Verifying the scope of the EPC contract, create different packages based on the company's procurement strategy • Support appropriate pricing & budgeting of packages throgh Value Engineering and Risk Assessment• Proficient know-how on caissons, RC blocks and sheet pilingNew sheet pile wall with length of 186 m at Juaymah Pier to protect the existing faded sheet pile wall and extend the service life of the facility.- Design of sheet piles has been carried out by GTSOFT software by considering dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic loads, loads arrive from tide and waves, berthing and mooring loads.- AZ 24-700 sheet piles with 21m long have been connected to deadmen via tie rods. Sheet piles have been specified to be protected with CP system. - Geotechnical investigation reports have been studied and a pile drivability analysis (wave equation analysis) has been carried out
