I have also gained skills in customer relationship management, project planning, and reliability improvement. Before joining Inverse Group, I spent 4.5 years in the recruitment industry within a large corporate and boutique, working with technical companies across Australia. I spent the last 3 years scaling up a US start up called First Mode and managed a global function across AUS, UK, SA and the US. I am passionate about technical recruitment and providing impact within the Energy sector helping reduce carbon emissions and contribute to the advancement of heavy industry and space exploration.
