As a Team Manager at Team Liquid, I had several responsibilities:- Managing team operations by organizing team activities, ensuring their participation in tournaments and events, and facilitating communication between players, coaches, and other staff members.- Providing support and assistance to players, addressing their needs and concerns, and promoting their well-being. This includes handling player contracts, travel arrangements, and logistics.- Assisting in the development of players' skills by working closely with the coaching and performance staff to improve their performance, teamwork, and overall results.- Maintaining a connection between the team and the organization, acting as the main point of contact for the team.- Handling conflict resolution by resolving any issues within the team, fostering a positive and unified team culture, and promoting effective communication and morale among players and staff.- Ensuring that players are able to participate in international championships by managing their necessary documents, visas, passports, organizing community engagements, and interviews.

Team Liquid is the first major organization of which I've been a part. This is where everything became more professional in my career and where I developed personally. I joined Team Liquid as the Head Coach for the Rainbow Six team in late 2017, and some of my responsibilities were as follows:- Responsible for the team strategy and development- Responsible for assessing and developing the skills and abilities of individual players, providing guidance and feedback to help players improve their gameplay, communication, teamwork, and overall performance- Responsible for game analysis and preparation for tournament matches. Studying opponents' strategies and tendencies to develop counter-strategies and game plans- Responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining a positive and cohesive team atmosphere- Responsible for the performance evaluation of the players and implementing training programs tailored to individual and team needs- Responsible for player scouting and recruitment in collaboration with the Team Manager, to identify and recruit talented players who fit the team's goals and culture.
