Fala, which I co-founded with Alison Fulker, professionalises that friend. We help companies be life-long learners.Then... as a leader-at-large at Mesa Company, I also help companies build solutions to complex challenges for which there are no benchmarks in the world. In 5 days.I also have a lot of experience in brand and marketing strategy, thought leadership creation, and creative and innovation processes. I curate industry events, books and reports. I've authored two books: one on advertising (Game Changers, published by Taschen) and one on innovators (City Shapers: London, published by Lannoo).I've worked with Coca-Cola, Accenture Song, Yara International, Twitch, Bloomberg Media, Snap Inc., Domestika, Tech Open Air, Bazaarvoice, Ciclope, adidas, This Is Beyond, Google, Unilever, Samsung, Cannes Lions, Serviceplan, El Dorado and others.I spent eight years working as the Director of Brand Strategy at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity where I focused on initiatives that proved the value of creativity both for business growth and social change. I founded See It Be It, a Cannes Lions initiative that accelerates the careers of women in creative leadership roles, and launched The Glass Lion: The Lion for Change, in partnership with LeanIn.Org.
