1. Handling of procurement on raw material purchase (Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Stainless steel and Mild Steel ).2. Maintaining of stores functions, including the vehicle arrangements to collect the materials from all the places in bangalore and hosur region.4. Checking the inward and out ward documents generated in stores. 5. Passing the supplier bills of transporter’s as per the rate contracts.6. Making purchase contracts between company and transporters and as well raw material vendor’s and packing materials.7. Conducting perpetual inventory in stores as per the company policy.8. Conducting internal audits in other departments as per the ISO procedures.9. Maintaining of stock for critical items required for production.10. Arranging the packing materials like wood , form and nails for the finished products. 11. Maintaining of staff’s working under my guidance. (3 engineer’s and 3 casuals).

Directly reporting to Managing Director & CEO in Italy.Job Responsibilities:Stores Functions.(a) Inbound Materials & Storage: Major role activities like Approving GRNs, Ensuring Issue of parts to line based on planning, Bills to Accounts, Vendor Rejs. GRN Vs Gate Reco. Online GRN system, Entry of Goods with PO control in entry gate, Job rotation to Staffs & others etc. Handling of Stores Officers, Materials storing in FIFO system, Maintaining Perceptual Inventory control, Follow of Milk Run System, Two Bin Systems, Storage and preservations of parts as per the parent assy, etc. Target on Inventory controls, implementing new ideas, Approval for Supplier Window Delivery Performances, ABC analysis, Target on overflow of materials, Follow up of TS 16949 & ISO 9001:2000 procedures. (b) Out Bound Materials. Ensuring Physical Stock and ERP Stock Reco. RG1 Stock maintenance, invoicing as per Schedules in Export & Domestic, maintaining dispatch plans to customers.Follow up of Returnable materials, Supplier Related Materials and Customer Tools. Inventory Reports to the Management. And also DNV Certified Internal Quality Auditor TS16949-2000.Purchase Functions. Depending upon the production plan placing the orders to all suppliers including domestic and Import vendors, and following up for supply of the materials without affecting the stoppage of production. Identifying the new vendors for new developments along with new product development team. Finalizing the rates, supplier’s and processes for new products.Following up of materials from the overseas vendors for the orders placed to them. Based on the necessity of internal customer routing the materials by Sea mode / Air mode.Submission of relevant documents to customs for the imported consignments to clear the consignments at the earliest.Co-ordinating with quality for clearing the materials for imported and domestic materials.

Main Stores Activities: Material Inward receipts and issues based on Production schedule. Preparing as per Bill of Materials, Two Bin Stock, Perpetual Inventory, Line Stock Reconciliation, FIFO System, ABC Analysis and follow up of critical items.Subcontractor Work & Documentation: Material Dispatch documentation, Receipts updating. Online stock accuracy at Sub-Contractors' end. Balance scrap receipts, Removal of Line Rejection etc.Finished Goods: Receipts & ensuring F.G Physical stock & ERP Stock. .Report Preparation & Submission: Rejection Material return to Vendor, Sub-Contractor Ageing Analysis Report, and Sub-Contractor Stock statement. Slow Moving/Non Moving Statement, F.G / Stores Stock statement. Inventory projections, Parts Ageing Analysis Report etc

Visit to various sites like Steel Plants, Ports, and Coal Mines where the Loaders / Dumpers are working. Inspect the transmission, find out the fault. Brought back the transmission to work shop and attend the repairs Re-assemble/ replace the good parts for failed components and thoroughly test and sending back to the customer. Installation and commissioning of new transmission in the field. Worked in Kolkata zone comprising of West Bengal, Orissa, Assam & Bihar
