DuPont India, Advanta India and Tamil Nadu Agriculture University.I possess hand-on experience in commercial plant breeding, crop development and enhancement backed with a solid R&D experience. I have worked on projects/assignments related to development of molecular markers, developed and delivered Double Haploid Lines with improved quality/standards, standardized processes and protocols, managed Greenhouse/Screen-house and R&D Labs operations, conducted event selection trials, developed plant varietals, and ensured compliance with different regulatory/stewardship norms and guidelines.Exhaustive knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures used in physical and chemical analysis of soil and plant life and methods and materials used in the proper planting care and maintenance of plants.
