•Manage full non-core FM scope of Pharmaceutical client•Managing 3 sites in different locations and environments (Coporate Office ,Flex Office and Manufacturing)•Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards•Supervise all staff facilities staff (housekeeping, technicians, groundskeepers etc.)•Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.•Coordinate the operational aspects of the properties in a manner that protects, maintains and improves the value of facility assets•Inspect the building's physical plant routinely to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards. •Lead and drive effective procurement strategies, practices •Engage and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders that will benefit the team’s procurement strategies•Implement cost-saving strategies and continuous improvement initiatives•Evaluate and periodically inspect suppliers as well as managing and updating the vendor registration system as needed•Monitor the execution of procurement activities and communicate with key stakeholders on milestones, areas of improvement and potential developments that can benefit or risk the business•Ensure alignment with the latest corporate direction and policies when carrying out any procurement and project activities•Negotiate with suppliers for indirect purchases while ensuring that they meet the company’s standards•Manage tenders and supplier contracts, documenting them into the system and carrying out the renewal process
