• Design modification and development of PFC+ LLC converter, DC-DC Buck converter (400V to 170V) for solenoid load.• Driver circuit Redesign for 3-phase BLDC motor using the 120° trapezoidal method square wave control with hall sensors. • Functional Testing and Failure analysis, Component selection, PCB Layout guidelines. • Control loop design for buck converter. • Redesign the EMI filter for Radiated, conducted emission and EMI tests.

• PWM Buck boost converter using Arduino, it is used to charge Li-on battery module from 300W solar panel.• Designed voltage regulated 800W full bridge offline converter using SG3525.• Designed Buck converter using UC3845B for auxiliary power supply.( 24V input to 5V output)• Worked in Li-on Protection, charging and discharging circuits for LED street light lamps.

1. Amplight street control Demo setup: Completed a Street light control unit demo setup with 3 step dimming configuration using MCB, Contactors, 2. Amplight Street light security system:

1. Pulse Amplifier Module: Redesigned the SCR gate driver module with IGBT. 2. Linear Variable Power supply: MOSFET is used as a linear resistor for the variable output voltage. 3. Hall sensor counter: Redesigned the Hall sensor based counting unit.4. Power PCB Layout Redesign as per UL508 & IPC 2221 standards.5. LED driver board testing for LED lamp using L6562A controller, Power factor correction testing with discrete IC for LED panel about 100W of power.

Photo Diode Amplifier: Designed a photo-diode amplifier circuit which is used capture Energy meter LED output.

1. Designed and Programmed SPWM generation module for Double conversion UPS with PIC16F73 controller which is used to regulate the voltage with over current protection.2. Designed and programmed an 8051 controller based LCD Panel meter and Serial annunciation System for the UPS status. 3. Designed and programmed line interactive OFFLINE UPS board using PIC16C73 controller.
