Analyzing the safety measures with respect to machinery and process.Ensuring the proper training for the co-employees involved in the process and quality.Analyzing the efficiency of the machinery and maintaining the report on the daily basis. Periodic analysis carried out for the machinery efficiency.Achieving zero customer complaints from the markets.Ensuring Corrective action & Preventive actions taken for the customer complaints based on responses.Implementing systems like Traceability & Visual Management,Kaizen,Statistical Process Control Methods etc.Reporting comparison cost analysis of the Contract Manufacturing Units with respect to all parameters like fuel consumption,power cost,and over head, direct and indirect expenses etc.Analyzing and troubleshooting the issues of Material consumption variance with respect to Raw materials and Packaging materials for every production months.Reporting food safety issues to the mgt and taking remedial measures and Initiating and recording actions against reported food safety problemsMaking decision of rejection/Acceptance of online, FG, and RM-PMEnsuring the relevant training and education has been provided regarding food safety system and GMP practices to team members.Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Pest Management standards and report non-conformance's for corrective actions.
