 Preparation of Gate Entry, MRN (Material Receipt Note) in ERP – Microsoft Dynamics Navision database. All Plant1 Direct supply MRN preparation, Quality Clearance & same transfer to dispatch location daily wise.  57F4 preparation, in 57F4 Cutting / Slitting Plan daily wise and Record maintaining for all 57F4. In- charge for Inventory controls - Stock maintenance of raw materials required, finished product accountability and report for every month to Head Office. Ensure all manual DC are closed within same month. Creation of new part no as and when required in Coordination with Head Office. Reconciliation for Sub Contractors inventory & Monthly stock statement.

 Preparation of In - house material as per the production schedule. In-charge for Inventory controls - Stock maintenance of raw materials required, finished product accountability and report to Manager. Documents preparation by forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and BPR in strict accordance with safety & cGMP. Creating Bill of Material & Posting Consumption, Output in ERP - Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Reviewing completed reports, logs and BPR’s. Updating ABR (Annual Batch Process Record – Critical parameters in the process) Preparing Change Controls & Deviation Reports when it required
