Description: The Market Risk Work Stream under the Prudential Reporting Standardization project aims at introduction of the system and process flows that will be aligned with projected global Basel process model to compute the market risk capital requirements in accordance with the CRD IV rules, a EU version of the Basel III Capital Accord, and produce daily and monthly regulatory returns for Citigroup Global Markets Limited (CGML), a Citi’s UK-based investment firm regulated by the UK Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA). Responsibilities: • Implemented Spring Batch application for processing large volume of records from flat-files by configuring steps and chunks for processing of records • Consumed rest services using spring resttemplate and jaxb api’s to retrieve customer and accounts data from external applications • Worked on performance tuning of sql queries by implementing the db partition and indexing the columns • Analyzed the results from SonarQube code scanner and fixed the code quality issues

Description: TCS Application Life Cycle manager is a quality assurance tool that supports, defect management, requirement logging, test plan, test design, test execution and generate reports for the application developed using traditional development methodology.Responsibilities: • Exposed the existing code from DAO layer, business layers and end point layers as a webservice • Responsible for production support of Application by proactively looking at production issues. • Developed JavaScript using Object-Oriented mechanism which made the JS more reusable. • Wrote SQL queries for modifications to existing database structure as required for addition of new features using Postgres database.
