• Assist with MEP design and reviews of all capital projects including HVAC design;• Provide technical oversight and guidance to DPAS design, construction and project management staff;• Assist with all capital projects in design and construction;• Assist with all capital projects regarding MEP permit review process, including the review and response to agency comments;• Develop detailed design specifications and assists in the preparation of bid packages for MEP engineering services and similar to contracts to support DPAS needs;• Develop detail MEP engineering related scope of work for all capital projects;• Review and comment on all MEP engineering related work performed by engineering consultants;• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications;• Support construction contractor and provide MEP engineering related support, review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectation are properly met during construction;• Review material specifications to ensure they adhere to the standards;• Develop highly complex engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments as required;• Recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet the school district's needs;• Design, develop, modify and evaluate systems, processes, or facilities to support the capital improvement projects objectives;• Review all project MEP field reports on a monthly basis;

• Operation and maintenance of HT & LT switchgears and ACB, VCB, and SF6 breakers. • Synchronization of TG with GRID by using SYNCRONOSCOPE method. • Preventive Maintenance of all motors, breakers, MCC, VFD, PLC panels. • Power and distribution transformers maintenance of 11KV/22KV, 11KV/33KV.• Routine test in stand by generators, Emergency gensets and battery maintenance.• Maintenance of Diesel Generator (A check & B check).• Maintenance of Electrostatic precipitators and conveyers.• Maintaining the report of daily load curves, Electrical parameters.• Control operation and maintenance of electrical power system equipment as per safety rules and work permit system.• Review of the Model using Smart Plant Review• Execution of work with complete safety.• Follow the work permit rules.• Follow the preventive maintence work according to the schedule.• Follow the FIRST AID procedure.• Monthly Generation Reports of CPP,EB,UPS and Daily log will maintained
