✓ Reporting to Production and Operations managers. ✓ Responsible for achieving Monthly Production Target in Fitting and welding.✓ Preparation of Weekly Production Plan based on Monthly Plan received.✓ Review of daily work plan for each supervisor and shifts.✓ Daily work progress monitoring.✓ Receipt of drawings from planning and issuing to concerned Supervisor/Foreman.✓ Coordinating with machine shop for meeting weekly and daily plan.✓ Ensure follow of safe working procedure and process as per approved work methods - Identification and prevention of any unsafe work methods.✓ Ensuring work shop area is properly cleaned and scrap removed facilitating utilization of shop floor area for production.✓ Identifying worker performance and improve worker skills by on job training.✓ Identifying reworks and causes for rework and taking remedial and preventive actions.✓ Coordination between different stages of Production for smooth flow of materials.✓ Coordination with QA/QC Department for inspection and in case of any non-conformity found, close out of NCR.✓ Recording and review fabricated tonnages and man hours daily. - Analysis of productivity.✓ Coordinating with Maintenance Dept. for any maintenance related issues.✓ Monitoring that all equipment's in the yard are properly used.✓ Coordinating with Stores and Logistics for material movement.✓ Control over consumption of consumables in the yard.✓ Monitoring proper utilization of Men, Material and machine.✓ Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.✓ Having sufficient knowledge & skills on HSE policy, procedures and regulations related to Fabrication.

✓ Co-ordinate material sizing and fabrication planning for PEB and Structural steel in both Infrastructure and Oil & Gas projects.✓ To Co-ordinate with Material movements with Raw material store team, Sizing team and Fabrication team for smooth production flow. ✓ Follow up of shortage Raw material with procurement and arrange the same for Production team.✓ To co-ordinates with store's and procurement on CNC machineries consumables on monthly basis with respect to Approx. monthly planned production.✓ Production raw material and sizing planner and execution flow ups.✓ Optimize the work flow with new ideas and reduce man hour in machineries. ✓ Reporting to Production Manager.
