My Roles & Responsibilities...• Accountable for the overall booking, revenue and profitability performance of the PTC University business (Training and CAD Consulting) and the achievement of the market P&L goals• Establish differentiated market position for all Lines of Business within PTC University: Enterprise Learning and Adoption Programs, Strategic Desktop Services, and Transactional business (In Centre, Onsite and Channel)• Ensure effective delivery of PTC University offerings… Show more My Roles & Responsibilities...• Accountable for the overall booking, revenue and profitability performance of the PTC University business (Training and CAD Consulting) and the achievement of the market P&L goals• Establish differentiated market position for all Lines of Business within PTC University: Enterprise Learning and Adoption Programs, Strategic Desktop Services, and Transactional business (In Centre, Onsite and Channel)• Ensure effective delivery of PTC University offerings with a focus on meeting client satisfaction and profitability goals• Build and manage a high performing team capable of meeting sales and delivery goals• Be an expert in the PTC University value proposition, offerings, methodology, approach and be capable of personally conducting sales campaigns as needed• Able to identify customer pain points, positive business outcomes, and program requirements, as well as differentiate PTC University from competition with respect to Learning and Adoption.• Build and maintain relationship with key customers• Manage an insightful business outlook including business forecasting, pipeline strength, and key prospect identification• Build and manage Authorized Training Partners relationships in order to grow the business, ensure program compliance and maximize profitability• Create a culture of “every one sells” within the market with a strong focus on creating references and satisfied clients who engage in repeat business• Track, analyze, and understand the key performance indicators of PTC University business and leverage these to manage the targeted business goals• Provide leadership and governance for processes to achieve targeted delivery, utilization and profitability goals• Monitor, Coach, and improve Training Delivery team performance• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve positive outcomes for clients and PTC University Show less
