Current Key Role Develop and finalize the process package with inputs from Technology/Process Team. Preparation of Bar Chart for scheduled completion of the Project work. Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Instrumentation contractors at site. Vendor finalizations based on the Techno-Commercial evaluation and follow-up with Purchase department for placing the order and get the material at site on time. Site inspection of the equipment, Installation and commissioning of the equipment as per approved drawing. Preparing the qualification documents for the same. Preparation of Fund Flow Sheet on regular basis to keep the Management updated about the Fund requirement. Project handover to Production department after successful completion of Operational and Performance qualification of the equipment. Responsible for handling all the Project Documents. Improve the deliverability of the newly built production department during the production run.
