1. Installation and Commissioning of the Carbonated soft drink (CSD) and Hot Fill line and conducting acceptance test as per contract and hand over the line to customer.2. Work towards timely completion of projects, work towards agreed milestones and escalate any deviations.3. Resource planning together with Project Manager.4. Vender Coordination at site together in cooperation of project management.5. Site administration and ensuring team building at site.6. Preparing list of open items in collaboration with extern customer. Management of work progress on open items.7. Assist Project Manager during pre-startup phase of project on pre-study and clarification.8. Manage site safety aspects and control the site activities.9. Act as technical person from onsite between Krones India and customer.10. Leadership to Krones onsite staff and Krones engaged supplier on site.11. Control site staff to meet Krones regulations. (dress code, working hours, attitude etc.)12. Doing RCA (Root cause analysis) for major breakdown and repeated problems. 13. Providing technical support to customer.14. Assessment of bottle filling and packing machines and guiding the customer during annual over hauling.

1. Ensure all the plant equipment is maintained efficiently to give lowest life cycle cost and obtained optimal manufacturing efficiency.2. Carry out corrective, preventive, periodic maintenance activities as per the schedule to keep all the factory equipment in perfect condition.3. Monitor and control the spare parts availability and consumption to meet the machinery breakdowns effectively.4. Develop and maintain effective working relationship with all employee groups and functions to promote good industrial relations.5. Attend all the trouble shooting in all the machine to minimize the break-down time and to increase the availability.6. Handling all new projects from the machineries Erection phase till commissioning.7. Ensure operational safety always to prevent the accidents and to create safety environment8. Machine Performance Evaluation and Upgrading.9. Procurement of necessary Spare Parts.10. Managing, Training, and leading the Maintenance Team of Technicians.
