Lead the application of APQP methodologies to ensure robust product development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to establish clear project milestones and deliverables. Verified automotive feature development by modeling control system-related algorithms using MATLAB (Simulink, Stateflow, M-Script). Conducted verification of the model for Model-In-Loop and Software-In-Loop testing. Possess expertise in model-to-code generation methods. Implemented, studied, and followed up on ICA & PCA for quality concerns to ensure 100% output in all operations. Implemented quality measures, prepared and maintained necessary documents to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standards. Developed job instructions and process sheets for line-side operations. Coordinated the production and launch team for a new vehicle, overseeing the design, testing, and manufacturing processes. This resulted in the vehicle receiving high ratings from industry experts and consumers. Carried out launch activities, including new model PP-Build, MP-Build, process sheet readiness, cycle time study, and layout modification. Developed WSR, SSL, SPL, JIS, QPS, OIS, and Visual Aid for new processes and stations (B515, B376, B517). Conducted process planning for two models in the Framing Auto line. Led and improved line OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) & FTT (First-time throughput). Conducted cycle time studies to identify layout constraints and bottleneck stations, aiming to improve line balancing. Planned manpower allocation for production based on availability and versatility. Successfully planned and achieved daily production schedules.
