Software Engineering Manager
Current• Currently leading the 20 members team and managing their quality targets, assigning productivity, performance appraisal.• Managing end-to-end Project Life Cycle, using Agile/SCRUM methodologies, including estimation, requirement gathering, gap analysis, creation of WBS, testing, go-live assistance, planning risk responses & contingency planning• Creating detailed technical specifications, developing application, participating in code reviews & module testing• Establishing and implementing architectural framework; ensuring that best practices for coding, architecture & security are employed; ensuring all solutions are scalable, extensible & available from architecture standpoint; ensuring technical integrity of project deliverable• Building a technically strong & highly motivated workforce; administering performance management systems• Collaborating with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies• Supervising architectural & design specification, transforming business requirements to architectural models and to designer and developer level specifications• Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project to the client• Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues; maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization• Preparing high-level and low-level documents on the status, operation, and maintenance of application; designing, developing, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards; participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
