Ensure proper production monitoring and controlling system are in place to achieve 100% production hit ratio and effective utilisation of available resources.Daily review and analyse of loss time to achieve >95% of line efficiency including Labour productivity.Continuous improvement and cost control.Through preventive maintenance team,ensure 99% equipment availability for production lines.

Ensure the Daily production plan vs actual.Monitoring of production processes on shop and check that the process is carrying under control parameters fo quality or not.Accountable for production routing ,planning and expeditions.Led trouble shooting efforts by assessing equipment during normal operation to anticipate problems,perform preventive and corrective measures and document repair procedures.Taking corrective actions for discrepancies of 5S audit in production area.
