• Responsible for end to end commercial governance & management at customer level encompassing Budget Forecasting, Tracking of contracted revenue, Invoicing, P&L management and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).• Ensuring contractual adherence / compliances, managing Deliverables and Obligations, in tandem with Global Sales teams.• Project demand management and its documentation through Statement of Works, Own contract change process by. identifying and executing the changes needed.• Customer Communication and Internal Reporting, Stream/program /governance meetings• Involved in preparing the Response for RFP, Budgets / Cost sheets / Proposals / Demonstrations / Presentations to close deals, upsell and cross sell with the existing customers.• Actively participates and contributes to organization’s PMO community to constantly improve the delivery guidelines, templates, and processes.• Managing a designated Delivery Center adopting all client requirements and coordinating with all internal support groups for smooth functioning.• Ensure information security compliance and connects with customer TPRM to update SIG questionnaires.• Associate Engagement Initiatives• Liaise with all functional groups to develop and maintain a plan to address client’s BC/DR requirements and periodic testing of disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity
