Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and operation of building management systems. I coordinate with various clients, including building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that the BMS / EMS meets the project's specifications, budget, and timeline.My duties include creating project schedules and programmes, budgeting and baseline deliveries, risk management, scope management, resource management, and quality management.I oversee the BMS/EMS installation, testing, and commissioning and ensure that it meets the project's requirements. This can include integration with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety.I ensure projects are handed over, witnessed, and signed. O&M’s are completed, and all documentation is corrected and updated as installed to hand to the end user.

Operation, System commissioning and maintenance of Building management system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV and Access control system as follow,-Scheduling Service call tasks at each job site.-Scheduling Planned preventative maintenance.-Troubleshooting issues.-Performing emergency services.-Writing detailed technical Service and PPM reports.-Training others to use BMS software, field devices and equipment. -Ensuring proper adherence to safety requirements in facilities.

Responsible for maintaining the systems that control the environment within a building also Operation & Maintenance of Building management system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV and Access control system.

Install and configure the system operating system, network hardware and software, and monitor network performance.-Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.-Collaborate with IT professionals on security measures.-Build network configurations and connections.-Update network equipment and data servers.-Provide remote support to on-site engineers.-coordinate computer network access and use.
