• Work Order Preparation: Creating detailed work orders for maintenance tasks, including specifying the scope of work, required materials, tools, and estimated labor hours.• Scheduling: Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to schedule maintenance tasks, considering factors such as equipment availability, criticality, and production schedules.• Resource Allocation: Allocating necessary resources like manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure that maintenance tasks are executed as planned.• Prioritization: Assessing the urgency and importance of maintenance tasks to determine their order of execution and allocation of resources.• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, work orders, completed tasks, and equipment history.• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance tasks are planned in alignment with safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks to personnel and equipment.• Communication: Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance schedules, delays, and any changes in plans.• Predictive Maintenance: Collaborating with reliability engineers and data analysts to implement predictive maintenance strategies based on equipment performance data and condition monitoring.• Budgeting: Participating in budget planning by providing insights into maintenance requirements, resource needs, and potential costs associated with planned maintenance activities.• Training: Keeping maintenance teams informed about changes to maintenance plans, procedures, and schedules to ensure smooth execution of tasks.• Emergency Response: Being prepared to adjust maintenance schedules and plans in response to unforeseen equipment breakdowns or emergencies.• Performance Metrics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance efficiency, downtime reduction, cost control, and overall equipment effectiveness.

• Analyze all Maintenance Notifications received at CMMS, identify required resources materials, special tools, skills, outside contractor, rental equipment etc.• Plan for Maintenance Orders (PM, Calibration, Corrective etc.) the required details to perform including: steps, resources, estimated time, crew size, and completion dates. • Schedule Maintenance Orders, PM Orders, and Calibration Orders to be completed by the Maintenance crews based on calculated net capacity and priorities.• Coordinate routine Meetings with Maintenance Engineering / Operation Supervisors.• Provide overall schedule to rotating/static and package equipment technical leadership and expertise.• Responsible for initiating the requisitioning process for all MRO materials and optimize MRO inventory.

Prepared Progress S-curves, Manpower & Quantity Histogram from primavera. • Plan and integrate the schedule of projects during planning and implementation stage and co-ordinate with other departments by maintaining close communication to ensure the execution of projects activities are aligned and do not interfere with each other.• Utilize appropriate scheduling tools and technology; analyze the output to ensure the projects and plant changes are on track, meet desired milestones.

• Liaison and consultation with the PM/SM and PE for evaluation of resource & equipment requirement for the activities to be undertaken under individual Purchase Orders, Integrated Activity Planning and Shutdown Planning.• Estimate durations and progress measurements based on norms where available and relevant.• Prepare schedule for the activities to be undertaken under individual Purchase Orders in accordance with the Planning & Project Management System, issue baseline and progress updates including communicating with Company on the work status in the Company supplied tool set (SAP / Primavera 6.0) and attending progress meetings.• Planning for the long and short-term resource requirements based on workload forecasts for annual, 90 days and 40 days plan issued by Company. • Effective Planning Engineer for the Utility Power Projects. Playing a lead role from the project initiation stage to the actual execution stage till successful handover to customer. Managing the project with a strong Project Management Approach to ensure adherence to project closure deadlines.• Developing L4 Schedule and monitor the site fabrication of Boiler Non-pressure parts, ESP & BOP components of Thermal power plant. Own the overall Schedule monthly progress update, forecast and critical path analysis.• Effectively coordinate with Engineering Consultants & Customer Consultants, Sub vendors & construction contractors for completion of activities as per agreed timelines to ensure completion as per the project plan.• Planning to work and efficiently organizing the plant, site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing quality control and safety concerns on the site ensuring that regulations are adhered to;• Monitoring project progress and providing status report to the project managers and customers. Providing technical information to Subcontractors on changing customer needs, competitive information, drawing revision/updating.

• Planning and Supervision of Fabrication and Erection of Industrial steel building components as well as supporting the Project Manager in day-to-day management of the site; monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.• Making observations and taking measurement from the drawings.
