Contract Scope : As a Qatar local Organization committee Mosanada Arena Consultancy service (MACS) to execute the principles of Qatar National Vision 2030 placing environmental management and sustainable development, 1.7 million square meters at Al Bidda Park with theme “Green Desert, Better Environment” of Doha Expo 2023 project to attract international visitors, organisers from 80 countries, representatives from the private sector, NGOs, and the general public in Qatar under Ministry of Municipality, In collaboration with the Bureau International Des Expositions (BIE) and the International Association for Horticultural Producers (AIPH). Role & Responsibilities:Health and Safety role during EXPO Event Operation Phase:• Provides management advise to the H&S functional area.• Provides direct supervision and head the H&S team and related staff (volunteers).• Reviews and provides required H&S reporting to the Main Operation Centre (MOC).• Provides proactive and reactive measures for all H&S related incidents and issues.• Monitors the We-Track system to identify H&S incidents, investigate and recommend corrective action, allocate resources in liaison with the H&S team, and follow up.• Provides immediate H&S support/advice for all verbal request coming through the radio channels during operations.• Provide H&S input in the site service MOC daily report.• Carry out focused inspections on temporary structures in the venue. Coordinate with contractor’s representative on any deviation observed.• Develops and maintains productive and supportive relationships with key stakeholders within all three (3) zones to assure health and safety standards are included in all activities and are being maintained.• Ensure the H&S volunteer role specific training is conducted to the allocated H&S volunteers. Provide support in delivering the golf cart training & assessment.• Develop an event operations risk assessment for the EXPO project and review it as and when required.

Working with Mosanada Facility Management service as a Senior Manager - QHSE for Internal Security Force (ISF) – LEKHWIYA Police Project, 4 Million sqm/32 Zones/330 individual purpose-built facility Buildings- From 12th June 2019 to till date Role & Responsibilities:• Coordinated, developed, and implemented departmental policies, programs, standards, methodologies, and regulations pertaining to the service functional areas of QHSE, Soft Service, Commercial, Store Management, CAFM, and FM operation to ensure quality service output.• Recommended operational performance standards, workflow measures, and key management indicators to assist in evaluating general services functional areas in the project scope.• Recommended and evaluated operating and management service functional areas of QHSE, Soft Service, Commercial, Store Management, CAFM, and FM operation. • Attend new service provider kick-off meeting to brief about initial preparation of safety and security requirement to avoid any delays during their 3month mobilization period. • Review the ISF Camp new Facility Service Provider Contractor scope and Identify the Deliverables like Standard Operating procedures (SOP), Deployment of competent men and machineries, trainings, legal and inhouse compliances etc. • Review all ISF Camp Facility Service Provider, temporary and permanent gate pass application to ensure before application reach to ISF Security department that all the document is valid and completing ISF Security department requirements. • Manage the Site Induction for all new MFMS Staff and new contractor Manager/Officer before entering to site and monitor the Service Provider HSE Induction log and records maintained by contractor HSE Manager/Officer. • Manage MFMS staff temporary & permanent gate pass application and submit to security department once new staff join and Existing staff application for renewal is submitted min 15days in advance to make sure all staffs have valid gate pass.
