Job role as a sales manager is to take responsibility for existing and new Key account sales & business development at State level for IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) products/ Medical devices. • Technical bid, sales bid, supporting documents preparation and timely submission for online and offline tenders of state and central governments.• Understanding model of customer needs, new projects, procurement process and financial movements.

Job role as a Area sales manager is to take sales responsibility for entire state of Government institutes and hospitals. • Identifying and developing new segment business opportunities.• Regular meeting with Gate keepers, Qualified Conversation with Decision Makers, Collecting Performance certificates, indents, and Creating Orders to close in government institutes of primary, secondary, and territory care hospitals.

Drive sales, marketing, service at key accounts (Institutions) assigned.• Manages all step of sales cycle including cold calls, sales presentation, specification, price quotation, order fulfillment, shipping, troubleshooting, and collections when necessary with in my territory.• Attending the surgeries and understanding the surgeon’s technique in surgical procedures.• Having capable of Monitoring, helping surgeons in the demonstrations so required during Live surgeries, • Consistently demonstrates excellent follow-through with clients and recognized customer satisfaction• Providing samples and doing analyze from Pre-operative to post operative results.
