Main Project Features: GCC’s ERP system is Technology Revamping. The Technology Stack used for the existing ERP system is outdated. In light of this, GCC has explored UPYOG (Urban Platform for Delivery of Online Governance), offered under the National Urban Digital Mission as part of technology revamping. The technology stack of UPYOG platform, which is built based on Micro services Architecture can be leveraged by GCC.Monitoring of the work being carried out by the System Integrator selected to Implement the Integrated Command Control Centre for Chennai city. Assist the client in fast tracking the project and adhering to the compliances.• During Operation & Maintenance phase, would track for SLA compliances and, dispute resolution on a daily basis. • During the downtime of device, alert tickets to be generated in the ITMS. The system integrator should update the reason and attach evidence (such as switch log report, letter from SI to GCC, site image with geographical coordinates) in the helpdesk tickets generated in ITMS for beyond the control cases. • Give quarterly ‘SI’ compliances report based on which ‘SI’ quality preparedness would be decided. • Prepare the Monthly Progress report of ICCC where there should be significant betterment of tight corner areas for ICCC Chennai City.• Monitor the smart pole components (Rain guard sensors, streetlight monitoring, public announcement system, emergency calling system, etc.,)Activities Performed:• As-is functional and gap Assessment. • Software documentation & functionality review and recommend improvements, changes –including design documents, FRS, SRS, test documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), etc.• Software project, program Management, including quality assurance activities of architecture, infrastructure, sizing, code reviews, functional and system test plans, cases, performance testing, training plan, materials, user manuals.• Team management, mentoring, capacity building.
