Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective at fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.Communicate all impact Operations related activities to Commercial partners including product information, data challenges, enhancements, and new capabilities. Change Management: Experienced in leading change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Support client renewal and Request for Proposal for assigned client base in support of Client Ops. Lead cross-functional issue resolution and escalate client impact. Provide required updates to management, early transparency to challenges/opportunities and facilitate action plans and mitigation approaches to maintain client satisfaction.
