i)P&L Account:- Preparation of product wise P&L account and reporting to management for monthly analysis of product wise/ Segment wise margins. ii)Budget Preparation:- Preparation of Annual Budget for the plant as a whole.iii)GL’ s Scrutiny:- Review of all GL’s on monthly basis and analyze actual Vs Budget of Operational expenses. iv)COGS Reconciliation:- Preparation and reconciliation of Cost of Goods sold on monthly basis and analyses of product wise Gross Margin.v)Variance Analysis:- Raw materials usage variance BOM Vs Actual, yield variance- work order wise Input/output analyses and wastage reconciliation.vi)Profitability Reporting:- Preparation of Customer wise & Product wise profitability report on monthly basis.vii)Cost Run & Overhead accounting:- Updation of Planned Activity qty and activity cost for overhead absorption and WIP & FG valuation on monthly basis.viii)Inventory Valuation:- Valuation and preparation of Inventory ageing and inventory provision (Ageing Provision/NRV and FIFO valuation provision) reports on monthly basis as per company’s inventory policy. ix)Sales Reconciliation:x)Fixed Asset Capitalization and Depreciation Posting:- Maintaining Fixed Asset register, Addition/Deletion and all CWIP asset timely capitalization and monthly depreciation Runxi)Ratio Analysis:- Calculation of inventory days, creditors days, DSO days, Cash conversion days and Working Capital on monthly basisxii)Presentation of data to the Management in Monthly Review Meeting. •Audit and Finalization:-i)Preparation of Audit Schedules and coordination with Auditors. ii) Handled statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Cost Audit•GST, Customs, DGFT and MEITY:- i). GST Returns:- Preparation and filing of monthly and Annual returns,GSTR-1, GSTR-3B reconciliation with GSTR2B Vs Books, GSTR9 & 9C, ITC-04 Returns.ii). Preparation and filing of monthly customs return, TDS/TCS Quarterly returns and Professional Tax, MEITY Quarterly and Annual returns.
