Analyzing the Project Contract document (work order) in detail to find out the overall Project Scope of Work, Duration, Payment Terms and Conditions and Billing Breakup.• Coordinate with Procurement and Engineering functions and ensure that copies of vendor manuals and drawings are collected and available for reference. • Identify inadequacies, if any, in Engineering docs, Vendor supplied equipment and in systems installed in the field. Bring the same to the notice of Commissioning Manager.• Preparing WBS break down for the Project and getting approval from Client.• To participate in Inter disciplinary check weekly meeting with process, Structural, Electrical &.disciplines• To review the booked man hours, work progress and report the productivity to projects department and Piping HOD.• To participate in client interface meeting and vendor review meeting to resolve Site queries and clarification from yard.• Looking after the site planning work along with proper coordination with site activities.• Maintain and record update of site work obtained on daily basis in terms of progress and value of work.• Prepare monthly report reflecting work progress summary.• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.• Provides general support to the Project Manager and the team as needed.• Leads coordination meetings among disciplines• Initiates countermeasures and mitigation of delays• Reporting to managers and Lead Engineers concerns that may affect overall project execution• Attending system punch points and safe running the plant for guarantee period before handover.• Review Pre-commissioning procedures developed by Construction discipline engineers / QA/QC. These procedures shall describe the activities carried out to achieve MCC.
