As a Site HR Manager implementing the Group's HR policies, tools and providing support to management on human resources issues. The main missions of my role are :▪ Assist the Site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.▪ Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.▪ Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.▪ Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.▪ Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.▪ Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.▪ Report relevant HR information to the Division.

Primary responsibilityo Total Workforce planning–ensure the optimum placement, planning and utilization of labor o Proactively assessing and managing the organization’s labor costs and talent quality to deliver competitive advantage for the business o Ensuring HR actions align with and support business objectives o Understand and use organizational efficiency principles and business savvy to assist with business decision making Organizational Effectiveness (OEF) o Ensure line management awareness and understanding of critical human resource issues o Enroll, engage and execution of participation in Employee Engagement (PER) Survey o Work with business teams on developing business strategies Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Strategic Plan (STRAP) o Carefully consider cost and quality when making decisions and shaping strategy o Smooth handling of people and union relationso Support and ensure on time implementation of HR responsibility in business excellence Model(HOS)

• Handling all HR operational aspects of the Unit Personal Officer for effectiveness and to facilitate the business growth plans.• To drive Employee Engagement at factory• To drive the Suggestion Scheme Programme “SEED” • To facilitate Rewards & Recognition Programmes at Site level• To initiate Disciplinary Proceedings against dis-engaged/show caused employees• To drive Committee’s and ensure welfare measures are provided as per statutory and agreed Wage Settlements• Handle Employee Grievances and close with decent timelines• Coach Supervisor’s and First Time Managers to be successful in people relations• Support business with Apprentice and Contract Labour as per budgets• Conduct Town-hall meetings and Monthly Union meetings • Co -design and development of collateral and action plans for the implementation of all HR functions of the Unit.
