This could have been a big issue, but through negotiations and convincing the group, the problem has been solved peacefully. • As District Magistrate in various districts, conducted seven general elections (for Parliament, State Legislative Assembly, and Panchayat elections) in a free and fair manner. Additionally, I have been appointed as the General Election Observer by the Election Commission of India in Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar.
