Business Development Manager-Uae
Current* Wholly responsible for the Sales, Marketing, business development and branding of the company`s engineering services to various industries including, Construction, Infrastructure, Fabrication, Oil & Gas etc* Analyzing the UAE market for new and ongoing projects in various sectors with respect to the current market scenario and working with marketing team to prepare campaigns targeting these prospects concerning their paint points and getting the inquiries.* Preparing database of prospective clients in MEP, Civil Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Fabrication etc scrutinizing the same based on various criteria like financial turnover, Manpower strength, technical capability, Project load etc* Meeting the prospective clients on regular basis and building rapport with the key decision makers * Preparing and sending news letters specific to the industry to keep clients and prospects abreast with the happenings in the company.* Constantly working with the proposal team for timely submission of Proposals both for tenders as well as projects.* Working out plans to achieve the sales target for the year.* Understanding and studying the pre-qualification criteria for getting the company registered in the pre-qualification UAE government tenders like DEWA, RTA, ADNOC, ZADCO etc* Working with offshore engineering team in Qatar, India etc for smooth project completion* Planning and working out plans for joint ventures and partnership with similar companies for expansion and network growth* Conversant with projects in Construction and Civil Shop drawings,Structural designing, Analysis and calculation, BIM drafting, Project management, Manpower supply etcAbout Company:Company established as a EPC player in India and recently ventured into engineering consulting for the UAE market.
