Lead of a Product team with 5 years of experience in digital marketing, design, and development. Launched from scratch and scaled SaaS, Educational, and HR products. Successfully implemented and tested new processes to grow metrics (increasing sprint capacity, conversion, retention, NPS). As Head (owner) of the UX/UI unit, I explored growth and service efficiency hypotheses, calculated P&L, and increased unit conversion by 4%. It increased a clients' lifetime inside the agency by 18% and offer-to-deal conversion by 8%.2. Built discovery and delivery strategy for the projects based on stakeholders' goals and market needs.
3. In collaboration with the marketing unit developed a service promotion strategy. 
4. Built a team of over 30 people: UX/UI, developers, and managers. Trained leads and created a community within the department.
As a Senior Project Manager, I acted as the project owner on the agency side. I led product launches for 30+ key agency clients and curated complex projects, such as research + product launch + UX testing + a/b testing, website launch + SEO, and brand strategy + website. 1. Developed smooth workflows for design, development, advertising, and marketing teams. Planned sprints, set tasks, updated roadmaps, prioritized backlog, and tracked progress. Used scrum, kanban, waterfall, and lean approaches. Managed budget timing and launched projects with at least 16% profitability.2. Worked with project documentation and task trackers using Active Collab, JIRA, Trello, Miro, Figma, Notion, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Excel.3. Became a mentor for the Nimax design and inner training courses for project and sales managers.
