Community Impact Responsible for the overall impact of the Ngorli on the communities we serve (South Carolina, USA and Ghana), with particular emphasis on increasing its capacity to drive the impact agenda. I work closely with the Board to craft and adapt the strategy to achieve this increased impact, including raising the funds to support it. I network, establish and build relationships with top leaders in the community in three countries, including those representing the highest levels in business, government, and non-profit sectors.Resource DevelopmentI initiate and implement programs to drive key results in fundraising; I identify, cultivate and solicit prospective donors and key leaders of prospective new corporate partners; to leverage personal and professional contacts and relationships into fundraising opportunities; and to promote a culture of fundraising in the organization, both at the staff and board level.Strategic ManagementI serve as the principal resource to the Board of Directors and its key committees and gives strong direction in policy formulation and interpretation. I partner with the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership team to craft organizational goals and develop strategies to ensure that they are achieved. I ensure coordination and alignment of all Ngorli's activities to a strategic direction in the areas of community impact, resource development, and staff alignment.Organization ManagementI am accountable for building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring all teams are aligned and collaborating to achieve organizational results. I maintain accountability for the operational and fiscal integrity of the organization within policies set by the Board of Directors.

I manage all of the organization’s charitable giving and execute the mission statement and guides the organization to achieve its charitable goals.I help develop outreach strategies, and oversees aspects of events and other elements that can be helpful for raising funds. I help to plan the budget and allocate funds to different areas and also help update staff on all areas of the mission to raise the profile of the charitable giving.

Responsible for a wide array of duties, including maintaining confidentiality among the executive-level team and representing the organization to other businesses at the executive level.
