*Producing keyword analyses, recommendations documents and technical reports, and routinely dealing with complex SEO issues on an ad-hoc basis. *Mentoring SEO Executives and running inductions to the SEO discipline for new staff.*Contributing to the development of a robust, business focussed SEO strategy for the clients, and proactively identifying new SEO opportunities and making suggestions for SEO strategy, site improvements and link building opportunities for those clients on an ongoing basis.

Produce major/complex reports for management, as and when required.Works with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures.Provide expert guidance and leadership to more junior staff.
