• High speed mixed signal IC product development from proto-typing design through release to manufacturing. • Working on broadband circuit architectures and circuits for high speed SoC subblocks: e.g. ADCs, DACs, linear and limiting amplifiers, transimpedance amplifiers, modulator drivers, clock and data recovery circuits, phase-locked loops, signal processing circuits, equalizer and pre-emphasis circuits, multiplexers, and de-multiplexers. • Experienced with high-speed (> 10 Gb/s) component and system test • Ability to design physical packaging, e.g. BGA, fixturing, and thermal management solutions for high speed (>10 Gb/s), high pin count integrated circuits. • Ability to design high speed (>10 Gb/s) test boards for use on lab bench. Proficiency in Allegro, ORCAD, or other board level design software.Specialties: • Analog RF/microwave/high speed mixed-signal SoC design, verification, test and measurement with statistical control• Device and System H/W development from proto-type to full production• Development of high speed mixed-signal testing techniques and automation tests• Test data analytics using statistical process control and define product true spec. • CAD (CAE) related RF/microwave/mixed-signal system-on-chip device development
