• Monitoring and reviewing monthly and quarterly regulatory Bank of England returns and ensuring compliance of the bank with the BOE reporting requirements and PRA regulations • Assisting management with the provision and analysis of regulatory information • Covering for settlement officer and administrator (reconciliation, managing expenses, etc) • Responsible for internal system daily closing and preparation of the daily reports • Assisting with the head of HR including recruiting process, payroll preparation, regular internal employment handbook updates

Internal Audit, General Affair Department Assistant Retail and Customer Service

The primary duty involved developing and coordinating a program for youth in Korea. Over three month of preparation required building a relationship with a partner organization in Japan and communication that deepen each other's understanding and the value of the organization. The program took place one week in Seoul,Korea and another week in Osaka, Japan where I took a charge of the entire program. Other responsibilities included advertising, networking, budgeting, interviewing the participants, accounting, reporting and etc.

As a recent graduate from the hospitality business management degree, the management trainee in Food and Beverage at a 5 star restaurant and hotel which is a member of the Leading hotels of the World gave me an opportunity to learn the operational aspect of hospitality business. The main duties included participating in the service of breakfast, lunch and fine dining as well as the banquets and meetings such as small and corporate meetings. Other responsibilities were serving cocktails and drinks, room service as well as managing the Library which is a casual dining lounge with 24 seats. Guest relations was one of my stronger areas of working at the hotel.
