I'm a passionate manual therapist first and foremost! I've worked as a chartered physio thirty years and am a huge advocate for the power of touch. I specialised In Sports Physiotherapy MSc in 1997 at AIS, Canberra and spent 10 years travelling with teams at international level. Currently I work with a wide range of patients esp those following mastectomy. I have a specialist interest in returning women to swimming following breast surgery developing hydrotherapy regimes to regain ROM & function for swimming. Other clinical interests include headache & groin pain. My main strength lies in my diagnosing skills then hands on treatment. For the past 23 years I owned and operated Physiofocus in Stirling-a patient focused clinic simply striving to deliver the best care possible! I sold Physiofocus in July 2022 and am now enjoying doing what I love best-treating patients! 😊
