As Digital Marketing Executive I am required to implement the Company’s content distribution strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product engagement through digital marketing. This digital marketing includes SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and Website Management. The main importance of my role as a UK Account Co-ordinator is to provide excellent service delivery to our client base when requiring Venue Find and Event services.* Co-ordinating and booking conference, event, meeting and banqueting space on behalf of our clients.* Produce accurate and relevant documents with regard to our clients business such as provisional bookings, confirmations and cancellations. * Liasing closely with hotels and clients on an on-going basis, seeing our clients business through to completion and deal with all aspects of the business including any problems that may arise.

As a sales administrator the main purpose of my role was to provide a comprehensive secretarial role and to become an integral part of the team and to provide high levels of customer service at all times.My main duties and responsibilities included;• Receiving incoming calls and proactively deal with queries or outsource to relevant departments• Liaise with housebuilders, customers and estate agents via email, letter, fax and telephone providing high levels of customer service at all times• Hold records of all contact names and addresses for clients and key disciplines with their respective developments and ensure are updated on an ongoing basis• Managing the database in accordance with day-to-day responsibilities and providing support to the team where necessary and to ensure weekly targets are met.Skills obtained through this job role is that I am able to work within a team in a secretarial role, but also have the ability to help and support others where workload dictates. I am able to work on my own initiative as well as following instructions.

As a conference consultant my main task was to deliver an innovative and high quality conference consultancy service that exceeded client expectations for conference, meetings and events. Providing a total venue finding service consisting of site visiting with clients, rate negotiations, production of proposals, event organisation and after event support. As well as this, building individual client relationships that guarantee client loyalty and repeat business was key. Skills acquired from this work experience are; team working, business and customer awareness, communication and information technology skills. Communication skills are an area that I utilised most commonly on my placement. This applies to areas such as the application of literacy, clarity in written work and oral literacy, listening and questioning when communicating with the clients and the venues.
