Completed the Mandatory Military Service as Sergeant at 3rd Infantry Division in Cheolwon, Gangwondo, South Korea.

Developing performance management tools based on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Chief of Filling Station from 100+ branch Samator Filling Station all around Indonesia. This project leads me to convert from usage of Microsoft Excel and emailing method to automating collection, organize and interpret performance data.Responsibilities❍ Create Google Form to collect data from each Chief of Filling Station based on KPI.❍ Organizing data to perform ETL process before implementing the data follow with data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of performance data.❍ Establish connection workflow from Google Sheets to Microsoft Power BI.❍ Developing Dashboard for Executive Board to analyze performance better.Achievement❍ Appraisal workflow from Google Forms to Microsoft Power BI.❍ Automating appraisal tool and visualize it with dashboard to stakeholders using Microsoft Power BI.

Worked on a project that providing syllabus like handbook, PowerPoint presentation and video production for specific production segment in circuit breaker. This syllabus later used by trainer and will be applied to new operator to fully understand that segment. Responsibilities❍ Collecting data such as work instruction, powerpoint presentation, part of product, etc.❍ Creating handbook, PowerPoint Presentation, make a video about work process for a type of segmentPowerPoint Presentation❍ Benchmarking with previous syllabus to compare what might needed and make recommendations for improvement.Achievement❍ Handbook and PowerPoint Presentation for both trainer and worker ❍ Produced step by step guide video on work process of a specific production segment.❍ Collaborated with Production Department to provide easy and understandable content for specific production segment.
